青藏高原3种野豌豆光合生理特性的比较

摘要:

为探讨青藏高原地区野豌豆属植物的光合生理特性及其对环境的适应性,本文采用常规生理指标测定方法对生长于该地区3种野豌豆的光合特性、光合色素含量及叶绿素荧光参数等进行测定,并对其变化规律作了比较研究。结果表明:叶片厚度为三齿萼野豌豆(Vicia bungei) > 山野豌豆(V.amoena) > 救荒野豌豆(V.sativa);在一定光强范围内,随PFD的增加,净光合速率Pn、表观量子效率AQY、暗呼吸速率Rd和光补偿点Ic增加;总叶绿素(Chlt)、类胡萝卜素(Car)和叶黄素/叶绿素(A505/A652)含量在救荒野豌豆、山野豌豆和三齿萼野豌豆中大都呈上升趋势,而叶绿素a/b含量呈下降趋势;光系统II实际光化学速率(ФPSII)和光化学猝灭系数(qp)随PFD增加而降低,而非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)和电子传递速率(ETR)则随PFD增加而增加。因此,青藏高原地区3种野豌豆属植物光合生理指标存在差异。

Abstract:

The photosynthetic characteristics, photosynthetic pigments, and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of three Vicia species from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were determined by adopting conventional determination method of photosynthesis index in order to discuss their photosynthetic and physiological characteristics and adaptability to environment. Meanwhile, their change patterns were comparatively studied in this article. The results indicated that leaf thickness of V. bungei was the highest among three species. Within a certain range of light intensity, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), apparent quantum yield (AQY), dark respiration rate (Rd) and light compensation point (Ic) increased with increasing of photon flux density (PFD). At the same time, the contents of total chlorophyll, carotenoid and lutein/chlorophyll tended to rise in three Vicia species.By contrast, chlorophyll a/b content ratio tended to decline. Besides, there was a negatively correlative relationship between actual photochemical efficiency of PSII (ФPSII) & coefficient of photochemical quenching (qp) and photon flux density, while the coefficient of non-photochemical quenching(NPQ) and electron transfer rate (ETR) increased with increasing photon flux density. Therefore, there were differences in photosynthetic index of three Vicia species from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
