摘要：

采用入户座谈及参与式相结合的方法，对祁连山东段高寒区的气温、草地产草量、草地利用、栽培草地建植、家畜体重、饲养与管理、疫病防治、鼠害等进行了调查分析。依据气温、草产量、家畜体重变化规律及其生产活动，提出并合理地制定了每月的牧事月令活动和时序流程，为高寒区家庭型牧场的可持续发展提供生产指导。

Abstract:

By adopting the combination of visiting and participatory methods, the climate, pasture-livestock production factors and animal husbandry production activities characteristics in alpine area of Eastern Qilian Mountain were systematic investigated and analyzed. In accordance with the temperature, herbage yield, the changes of livestock weight and production activities, grass husbandry production lunar order activities and timing process in every month were proposed and reasonably regulated, which would be the production guide for sustainable management of alpine zone family ranch.
