饲料型小黑麦品系籽粒产量及其营养价值研究

Yield and Nutritional Value Evaluation of Feed-type Triticale Lines

摘要: 为了选择高产优质的饲料型小黑麦品系,本论文以18个饲料型小黑麦品系为试材,甘农1号小黑麦和新小黑麦5号为对照,研究了参试材料的株高、种子产量、产量构成因素和籽粒的营养价值,并采用隶属函数法对参试材料的种子产量及其营养价值进行了综合评价。结果表明,种质间株高、种子产量及其构成因素和营养价值均存在显著差异,株高在94.27~132.10 cm之间,Z8的种子产量最高,为9 114.08 kg·hm-2;种子产量构成因素中,种子产量与小穗数和穗粒重正相关,与穗长和穗粒数负相关,穗粒数与穗长正相关、与穗粒重正相关;籽粒营养价值中,Z48的粗蛋白含量最高,为13.92%,CK1的粗脂肪含量最高(2.63%),CK2的粗淀粉含量(69.64%)最高,Z50的赖氨酸含量最高,达到了0.55%。综合评价结果表明,Z8和Z50种子产量高,且营养价值高,综合表现最好,可为优良饲料型小黑麦新品种审定奠定基础。

Abstract: To select fine feed-type triticale lines,plant height,seed yield,yield component and seed nutritional value of 18 feed-type triticale lines were studied,and two released triticale varieties,Gannong No.1 and New triticale No.5,were used as the controls. A comprehensive evaluation on seed yield and nutrient value of grain was given based on the subordinate function value analysis. The results showed that significant differences existed in the plant height,seed yield,yield component and seed nutritional value among different materials. Plant height ranged from 94.27 cm to 132.10 cm,and Z8 had the highest seed yield (9 114.08 kg·hm-2);Correlation analysis showed that,seed yield was positively correlated with the number of spikelet and the grain weight,negatively correlated with the spike length and the number of grains in each spike,and the number of grains in each spike was positively correlated with the spike length and negatively correlated with the grain weight;For the nutritional values of seeds,Z48 had the highest crude protein content (13.92%),CK1 had the highest ether extract content (2.63%),CK2 had the highest crude starch content (69.64%),Z50 had the highest lysine content (0.55%). The comprehensive evaluation results show that,Z8 and Z50 had high seed yield and high nutritional value,so they had better comprehensive performance. This study will lay a foundation for the certification of feed-type triticale varieties.
