乡村振兴视阈下草地畜牧业生态效率评价及影响因素研究—基于北疆纯牧区、半农半牧区案例的分析

Evaluation of Eco-efficiency of Grassland Animal Husbandry in the Light of Rural Revitalization and the Influencing Factors—a Case of Purely Pastoral, Semi-agricultural and Semi-pastoral Areas in the Northern Territory

摘要: 中国的农牧生态区正面临着一系列的生态退化问题,生态效率的测度对促进农牧生态区可持续发展起着重要作用。文章运用超效率EBM模型测算北疆纯牧区和半农半牧区2001—2020年草地畜牧业的生态效率,结果表明:2001—2020年,北疆牧区整体生态效率呈波动上升趋势,到2020年,效率值为0.77,处于较低效率阶段。其中,半农半牧区县生态效率均值普遍高于纯牧区县;核密度图显示,北疆牧区草地畜牧业生态效率整体处于“前期平稳-中期波动-后期平稳”发展趋势,生态效率逐渐趋向良好;Malmquist指数分解结果显示,半农半牧区县TFP年均增长率高于纯牧区县TFP年均增长率;牧业产值比重、农牧业就业人口比重、牲畜存栏量、技术进步水平和旅游总消费因素是影响草地畜牧业生态效率的主要因素。

Abstract: China’s agro-pastoral ecological zones are facing a series of ecological degradation problems,and the measurement of eco-efficiency plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of agro-pastoral ecological zones. This article used the super-efficient EBM model to measure the eco-efficiency of grassland animal husbandry in purely pastoral and semi-agricultural semi-pastoral areas in Northern Territory of Xinjiang from 2001 to 2020. The results showed that The overall eco-efficiency in the pastoral areas in Northern Territory showed a fluctuating upward trend from 2001 to 2020,and by 2020,the efficiency value was 0.77,which stayed at a lower efficiency level stage;among them,the average value of eco-efficiency in semi-agricultural and semi-pastoralist counties was generally higher than that in purely pastoral counties. The kernel density map further showed that the overall eco-efficiency of grassland animal husbandry in the pastoral area in North Xinjiang was in a developmental trend of “steady in the former period—flactuating in the middle period—steady in the laterd period”,there was a gradual trend towards a good eco-efficiency. Malmquist index decomposition results showed that the average annual growth rate of TFP in semi-agricultural and semi-pastoralist counties was higher than that of TFP in purely pastoral counties. The proportion of pastoral output value,the proportion of employed population in agriculture and animal husbandry,livestock stock,the level of technological advancement and the total tourism consumption factor are the main factors affecting the eco-efficiency of grassland animal husbandry.
