氮添加对黄土丘陵区草地土壤团聚体有机碳库的影响

Effect of Nitrogen Addition on the Organic Carbon Pool of Grassland Soil Aggregates in Loess Hilly Region

摘要: 研究基于黄土丘陵区草地氮添加长期定位试验,测定土壤团聚体碳组分、理化性质,分析养分化学计量比和碳库相关指数,探究团聚体水平土壤碳库对氮添加的响应。结果表明:氮添加显著影响了不同粒级土壤团聚体有机碳、β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶及pH值等指标;与对照相比,80 kg·ha-1·a-1水平氮添加下小、中、大粒级土壤团聚体中高活性有机碳分别增加了59.90%,108.16%和138.88%(P<0.05);在高氮添加下中、小粒级团聚体土壤碳库指数和固碳指数均显著高于大粒级团聚体(P<0.05);土壤pH值、C∶P等理化指标对碳库相关指数和活性有机碳组分变异的解释率分别为61.84%和42.06%,氮添加后土壤理化性质对碳库管理指数和活性有机碳的影响关系在不同粒级团聚体中存在差异(P<0.05)。综上所述,氮添加促进了大粒级团聚体碳库活性,而增加了小粒级团聚体碳库稳定性。

Abstract: In order to explore the response of soil carbon pool to nitrogen addition at the aggregate level,the soil carbon composition,physicochemical properties,nutrient stoichiometry,and carbon pool correlation index of soil aggregates were measured and analyzed based on a long term In-situ experiment of nitrogen addition in a grassland in the Loess Hilly Region. The results showed that nitrogen addition significantly affected the indicators of soil organic carbon content,β-1,4-Glucosidase activity and pH value in different sized aggregates. Compared to the control,the high active organic carbon in micro aggregates,medium aggregates,and macro aggregate under 80 kg·ha-1·a-1 nitrogen addition level increased by 59.90%,108.16%,and 138.88% respectively (P<0.05). The soil carbon pool index and carbon recalcitrant index were higher in medium aggregates and micro aggregates than those in macro aggregates under a high nitrogen addition level (P<0.05). The explanation rates of soil physicochemical properties (e.g. soil pH value and C∶P ratio) on the variation of carbon pool correlation index and active organic carbon component were 61.84% and 42.06%,respectively. The effects of the soil physical and chemical properties on carbon pool management index and active organic carbon after nitrogen addition varied among different sized aggregates (P<0.05). As conclusion,the nitrogen addition promoted the activity of the macro aggregate carbon pool and increased the stability of the micro aggregates carbon pool.
