沙埋深度对沙木蓼幼苗出土、生长及生理特性的影响

Effects of Sand Burial Depth on Seedling Emergence, Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Atraphaxis bracteata

摘要: 为了解沙埋对沙木蓼(Atraphaxis bracteata)出苗、生长及生理特征,以沙木蓼种子为研究材料,设置0,0.5,1,2,3,5和7 cm的沙埋,观测种子出苗率和幼苗株高等生长特性以及渗透调节物质含量等生理指标的变化,发现沙木蓼种子在0~5 cm的沙埋下都能够出苗,7 cm埋深下无法出苗;随沙埋深度的增加,出苗率先升后降,出苗率及各生长指标在2 cm埋深时最大;各处理MDA含量较0 cm有不同程度的下降,3种渗透调节物质均呈先降后升再降再升的变化趋势,表现出协同调控的特点,抗氧化酶活性则在不同沙埋处理下呈现两两组合的协同作用。因此,1~2 cm为沙木蓼种子出苗适宜的埋深,有利于幼苗生长。过浅或过深的沙埋均会对幼苗产生一定程度的胁迫,沙木蓼幼苗通过渗透调节物质及抗氧化酶的协调变化维持着植株的正常生长。

Abstract: In order to understand the effects of sand burial on seedling emergence, seedling growth and physiological characteristics of Atraphaxis bracteata, the seeds of A. bracteata were used as research materials,the changes of emergence percentage of seeds and seedling growth characteristics such as seedling height, as well as physiological indicators like osmotic adjustment substance content were studied at sand burial depths of 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 cm. The results showed that A. bracteata seeds were able to emerge under sand burial depths of 0-5 cm, but not at depth of 7 cm; With the increase of sand burial depth, the emergence percentage first rised and then decreased, and the emergence percentage and growth indicators were the highest at the burial depth of 2 cm; The MDA content in each treatment decreased to varying degrees compared to 0 cm burial depth treatment. Three osmoregulatory substances showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, then decreasing and then increasing again, demonstrated a synergistic regulation characteristic. The antioxidant enzyme activity exhibited a synergistic effect of pairwise combinations under different sand burial treatments. The appropriate burial depth for the emergence of A. bracteata seeds was 1-2 cm, which was beneficial for the growth of seedlings. Shallow or deep burial depth caused a certain degree of stress on seedlings. The seedlings of A. bracteata maintained normal growth through coordinated changes in osmoregulatory substances and antioxidant enzymes.
