东祁连山高寒草甸山生柳灌丛地上净初级生产力估测研究

Estimation of Aboveground Net Primary Productivity of Salix oritrepha in Alpine Meadow of Eastern Qilian Mountains

摘要: 为构建高寒草甸山生柳(Salix oritrepha)灌丛地上净初级生产力(Above-ground net primary productivity,ANPP)的非破坏性估测模型,本研究以东祁连山高寒草甸山生柳(S. oritrepha)灌丛为研究对象,随机调查了400株山生柳,依据冠幅面积(CA)划分为小丛(≤0.15 m2)、中丛(0.15~0.6 m2)、大丛(≥0.6 m2)三个等级,选取各等级10株(共30株)测定冠幅面积等4个灌丛整体形态参数和新生枝条数量等5个生长参数,以新生枝条生物量作为ANPP的实测值,通过回归分析建立ANPP估测模型。研究结果表明:以冠幅面积为自变量建立的指数函数估测模型y=30.59e2.20xR2=0.89)各项评价指标均较好,能够方便、快捷地估测该地区山生柳灌丛ANPP;以新生枝条数量为自变量建立的幂函数估测模型y=0.62x1.51R2=0.95)各项评价指标均为最优,精度最高,可用于该地区山生柳灌丛ANPP精准估测。本研究结果可为快速、精准地量化高寒灌丛生产力提供参考。

Abstract: To construct a nondestructive estimation model for above-ground net primary productivity (ANPP) of alpine Salix oritrepha shrubs, this study investigated S. oritrepha shrubs in an alpine meadow ecosystem of the eastern Qilian Mountains. A total of 400 S. oritrepha shrubs were randomly surveyed and categorized into three size of classes based on crown area (CA): small (≤0.15 m2), medium (0.15~0.6 m2), and large (≥0.6 m2). Ten shrubs from each class (30 total) were selected to measure four shrub morphological parameters (including crown area) and five growth parameters (including new shoot number). New shoot biomass was used as the measured ANPP value. Regression analysis was employed to establish ANPP estimation models. Results showed that: (1) The exponential model y=30.59e2.20xR2=0.89) using crown area as the independent variable demonstrated good performance, providing a convenient and rapid estimation of S. oritrepha ANPP in this region; (2) The power function model y=0.62x1.51R2=0.95) based on new shoot number exhibited optimal evaluation metrics with the highest accuracy, suitable for precise ANPP estimation. The results of this study could provide a reference for rapid and accurate quantification of alpine shrubland productivity.
