摘要: 为缓解西藏高寒地区因饲草短缺带来的压力,本试验以‘巴青’垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans ‘Baqing’)为研究对象,采用双因素裂区设计,主区为氮肥添加量,副区为播种量,氮肥添加量为N1 0 kg·hm-2,N2 60 kg·hm-2,N3 120 kg·hm-2,N4 180 kg·hm-2,N5 240 kg·hm-2和N6 300 kg·hm-2,播种量为D1 15.0 kg·hm-2,D2 22.5 kg·hm-2和D3 45 kg·hm-2,从而筛选出‘巴青’垂穗披碱草饲草生产最优种植配置组合。结果表明,在相同播种量条件下,随着施氮量的增加,‘巴青’垂穗披碱草饲草生产性能及营养品质均有不同程度的提高。在相同施氮量条件下,随着播种量的增加,‘巴青’垂穗披碱草饲草生产性能及营养品质大致呈现先升后降的趋势。经主成分分析得出,240 kg·hm-2的施氮量与22.5 kg·hm-2的播种量是‘巴青’垂穗披碱草饲草生产最优种植配置,上述最优种植配置对‘巴青’垂穗披碱草在西藏拉萨高寒地区的推广利用具有一定理论参考价值和生产指导意义。
