日喀则地区穗花韭天然居群结实性状变异研究

Research on the variation of fructification characteristics of natural populations of Milula spicata Prain in Shigatse

摘要: 乡土草种推广利用的先决条件是种子。本研究以日喀则地区16份穗花韭(Milula spicata Prain)居群为研究对象,结合22个环境因子对其7个结实性状进行巣式方差分析、变异分析、相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等,探讨穗花韭居群间和居群内结实性状的多样性、变异程度和变异规律。结果表明:7个结实性状在居群间存在极显著差异;表型分化系数在37.30%~82.35%之间,平均为55.49%,居群间的变异是穗花韭结实性状变异的主要来源;影响穗花韭结实的最关键结实性状是穗干鲜重、花序长宽和小花数,主要环境因子是经度、海拔、温度和降水;7个结实性状可提炼为4个主成分,累计贡献率97.39%;16个居群在欧式距离为5时可划分为4个类群。本研究可为穗花韭资源的保护提供科学依据。

Abstract: The prerequisite for the promotion and utilization of native grass seeds is the seed. In this study,16 natural populations of Milula spicata Prain in Shigatse area were used as research objects. Nested analysis of variance,variation analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis were carried out on 7 fructification characteristics of M. spicata combined with 22 environmental factors. The diversity,variation degree,and variation pattern of fructification characteristics among and within populations were discussed. The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in the 7 fructification characteristics among populations. And the average phenotypic population differentiation coefficient was 55.49% with a range from 37.30% to 82.35%. Among-population variation was the main source of variation. Dry and fresh weight of spike,length,and width of inflorescence,and the number of spikelets were the most important traits affecting the fructification of M. spicata. Longitude,altitude,temperature,and precipitation were the main environmental factors affecting the fructification characteristics of M. spicata. Principal component analysis showed that the 4 principal components added up to 97.39%. The 16 natural populations were divided into 4 groups by Ward’s method cluster analysis based on Euclidean distance at 5,which was calculated from fructification characteristics. This study can provide a scientific basis for the protection and rational utilization of M. spicata resources.
