羊草种子性状的变异及其相关分析

Seed Traits Variation and Correlation Analysis of Leymus Chinensis Germplasms

摘要:

种子特性是种子质量评价的基础。本文研究了28份羊草(Leymus chinensis)种质的颖果性状。结果表明:外稃和颖果长宽在种质间、地域间均存在显著差异;多数种质的內外稃都不易脱落,但外稃较內稃易于脱落;外稃长与颖果长、颖果长与千粒重、颖果宽与颖果比重极显著相关(P<0.01)。而内稃脱壳指数与外稃长及颖果长、千粒重与外稃宽均显著相关(P<0.05)。这些研究结果对羊草种质资源评价和利用具有参考价值。

Abstract:

Seeds traits are the basis of seed quality evaluation. Caryopsis traits of 28 copies Leymus chinensis germplasms were studied. The results suggested the length and width of lemma were caryopsis exist a significant difference in different germplasms; the lemma and palea of most germplasms were not easy to shall off. Comparison of the shelling of various germplasms showed that the lemma is easier to fall off than palea; Lemma length and caryopsis length, caryopsis length and grain weight, caryopsis width and proportion showed extremely significant correlation (P < 0.01), and the correlation of palea shelling index and Lemma length, palea shelling index and caryopsis length, lemma width and the thousand grain weight were significant (P < 0.05). Our results were useful for the evaluation and breeding of Leymus chinensis germplasm.
