草甸草原春季不同生境东北鼢鼠(Myospalax psilurus)的食性特征及差异研究

摘要: 研究东北鼢鼠(Myospalax psilurus)在牧草返青期不同生境的食性,不仅可以明确东北鼢鼠的食性选择及主要危害对象,还可为草地鼠害精准防控提供科学依据。本文采用DNA宏条形码技术,对呼伦贝尔陈巴尔虎旗(样地1)、新巴尔虎左旗(样地2)、海拉尔(样地3)、鄂温克族自治旗(样地4)、牙克石(样地5)、额尔古纳(样地6)以及兴安盟科尔沁右翼前旗(样地7) 的草原区进行东北鼢鼠种群的食性特征及差异研究。结果显示,东北鼢鼠取食植物共包含34科150属203种,取食药用植物主要包括地榆(Sanguisorba officinalis)、川芎(Ligusticum scapiforme)、叉分蓼(Koenigia davisiae)、披碱草(Elymus dahuricus)和旋果蚊子草(Filipendula ulmaria)。不同生境的东北鼢鼠种群食物结构存在显著差异(P<0.05)。新巴尔虎左旗的食物多样性显著低于其他生境,而丰富度显著高于其他生境(P<0.05)。植物的空间分布差异影响不同生境东北鼢鼠种群的食物组成。

Abstract: To study the diet composition of North China zokor (Myospalax psilurus) in different habitats during the period of pasture greening can not only clarify the food selection of North China zokors and the main objects of harm,but also provide scientific basis for the precise control of grassland rodent pests. In this paper,we used DNA macro-barcoding technology to investigate the dietary characteristics and differences of North China zokors populations in the grassland areas of Chenbaerhu Qi (Site 1),Xinbaerhu Zuoqi(Site 2),Hailar(Site 3),EwenkeZizhiqi(Site 4),Yakeshi (Site 5),Eerguna (Site 6) of Hulunbeier,and Keyouqian Qi of XinganMeng (Site 7). The results showed that the North China zokors fed on 203 species of plants from 34 families and 150 genera,and the medicinal plants they fed on mainly were Sanguisorba officinalisLigusticum scapiformeKoenigia davisiaeLigusticum scapiforme and Filipendula ulmaria. There were significant differences in the food structure of North China zokors populations between different habitats (P < 0.05). The food diversity in Site 2 was significantly lower and the richness was significantly higher than those of the other areas (P<0.05). Differences in the spatial distribution of plants affected the food composition of North China zokors populations in different habitats.
