生物炭配施有机肥对青贮玉米生长及品质的影响

Effects of Biochar Combined with Manure on Growth and Quality of Silage Maize

摘要: 为探究生物炭和有机肥对青贮玉米(Zea mays)生长及营养品质的影响,试验以不施肥(CK)为对照,设置生物炭、有机肥、无机肥单施或配施共8种不同施肥处理,分别测定青贮玉米在不同生育期的农艺性状、产量以及营养品质。研究结果表明:生物炭和有机肥可促进青贮玉米生长并改善其营养品质,且生物炭与有机肥配施比单施效果突出;与不施肥相比(CK),单施生物炭(B)处理使青贮玉米鲜草和干草产量分别提高33.5%和29.7%(P<0.05),另外,生物炭配施有机肥(BM)处理的粗脂肪、相对饲喂价值、全钾和锌含量最高,并显著提高植物全磷含量,同时降低中性洗涤纤维20.5%(P<0.05);在施用无机肥条件下,与单施无机肥(F)处理相比,生物炭配施有机肥(BMF)处理的鲜草产量、干草产量和养分锌含量均最高,且酸性洗涤纤维显著降低9.6%(P<0.05)。综上,生物炭配施有机肥能够显著提升青贮玉米的生产性能,为促进干旱、半干旱地区饲草增产和农田改良提供理论指导。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of biochar and manure on the growth and nutritional quality of silage maize (Zea mays), the experiment was conducted to determine the agronomic traits of silage maize at different growth stages, yield and nutritional quality by setting up 8 fertilization treatments of single or combined application of biochar, manure and inorganic fertilizer with no fertilization (CK) as the control. The results showed that biochar and manure could promote the growth of silage maize and improved its nutritional quality, and the combined application of biochar and manure was more effective than single application. Compared with no fertilization (CK), single application of biochar (B) increased the fresh and hay forage yield of silage maize by 33.5% and 29.7%(P<0.05), respectively. Under the condition of no chemical fertilizer, the content of ether extract, relative feeding value, total potassium and zinc in biochar combined with manure (BM) treatment was the highest, and the total phosphorus content of plants was significantly increased, while the neutral detergent fiber was reduced by 20.5% (P<0.05). Under the condition of applying inorganic fertilizer, compared with the treatment of applying inorganic fertilizer (F) alone, the fresh forage yield, hay forage yield and zinc content of biochar combined with manure (BMF) treatment were the highest, and the acid detergent fiber decreased by 9.6% (P<0.05). In summary, biochar combined with manure can significantly improve the production performance of silage maize, and provides theoretical guidance for promoting forage yield increase and farmland improvement in arid and semiarid areas.
