赤霉素协同发芽基质促进紫云英陈种萌发及幼苗生长

Gibberellin Cooperating with Germination Medium to Promote the Germination and Seedling Growth of Long-term Stored Chinese Milk Vetch Seeds

摘要: 紫云英(Astragalus sinicus L.)陈种发芽率低是限制生产的重要因子,本研究旨在探究促进紫云英陈种萌发的方法,以提高其利用率和生产率。以贮藏17年和3年的紫云英种子为试验材料,用蒸馏水(CK)或400 mg·L-1赤霉素[GA3(400)]溶液浸种后,将种子置于发芽纸(FZ)、椰糠(YK)、蛭石(ZS)3种发芽基质中,测定种子的发芽率和幼苗生长情况。结果表明:赤霉素和发芽基质及其交互作用对紫云英陈种发芽率和幼苗株高、主根长、根鲜重有显著促进作用,蛭石基质与赤霉素交互促进效果最优。GA3浸种后,贮藏17年和3年种子的发芽率分别提高1.5倍和0.9倍,株高分别提高42.6%和76.5%,主根长分别提高19.1%和45.1%,地上部鲜重分别提高12.4%和32.3%,根鲜重分别提高7.8%和62.8%。对于贮藏17年和3年的种子,GA3浸种后,株高、主根长、根鲜重在ZS处理下显著比FZ和YK高。利用隶属函数法对各处理进行综合评价,赤霉素浸种后播种在蛭石中是促进紫云英陈种子萌发和幼苗生长的适宜方法。

Abstract: The low germination rate of long-term stored seed of Chinese milk vetch (Astragalus sinicus L.) is an important factor limiting production, and exploring methods to promote the germination can improve their utilization and productivity. In this study, Chinese milk vetch seeds stored for 17 years and 3 years were used as materials. After soaking in distilled water (CK) and 400 mg·L-1 gibberellin (GA3(400)) solution, the seeds were placed in different germination substrates, including paper bed (FZ), coconut coir (YK), and vermiculite (ZS), and the germination rate and seedling growth were measured . GA3, germination substrate and the interaction between the two treatments significantly promoted the germination and seedling growth of Chinese milk vetch. Compared with CK, after soaking in GA3, the germination rate of seeds stored for 17 years and 3 years was increased by 1.5 fold and 0.9 fold, the plant height increased by 42.6% and 72.5%, the primary root length increased by 19.1% and 45.1%, the fresh weight of aboveground increased by 12.4% and 32.3%, the fresh weight of roots increased by 7.8% and 62.8%, respectively. After soaking in GA3, for seeds stored for 17 years and 3 years, the plant height, main root length, and root fresh weight was significantly higher under ZS than under FZ and YK. Using the membership function method to comprehensively evaluate each treatment, soaking seeds in GA3 and planting in ZS was a suitable method to promote seed germination and seedling growth of long-term stored seed of Chinese milk vetch.
