蒙古栎枯落叶挥发油对4种草本植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用

Allelopathic Effects of Essential Oil from Quercus mongolica Deciduous Leaves on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Four Herbaceous Plants

摘要: 开展蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)枯落叶挥发油的化感研究,可为天然绿色除草剂的开发提供参考。本研究以紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)、红三叶(Trifolium pratense)、多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne)、苇状羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)为受体材料,采用培养皿滤纸法研究不同浓度的蒙古栎枯落叶挥发油对4种草本植物种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:蒙古栎挥发油浓度越高,其对4种草本植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用越强。1600 μg·mL-1挥发油处理使4种草本植物的发芽率、发芽指数、根长均显著降低(P<0.05);红三叶、黑麦草和苇状羊茅的苗高显著降低(P<0.05);4种草本植物的叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均不同程度地降低;且紫花苜蓿幼苗的丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),而红三叶、黑麦草、苇状羊茅幼苗的丙二醛含量显著升高(P<0.05)。因此,蒙古栎枯落叶挥发油对4种草本植物种子萌发和幼苗生长有抑制作用。

Abstract: Understanding the allelopathy of essential oil from Q.mongolica fallen leaves might provide new lead for the development of natural green herbicides. In this study,we used Medicago sativa, Trifolium pratense, Lolium perenne and Festuca arundinacea as acceptor material and cultured with petri dish filter paper method to study the effects of different concentrations of the essential oil on seed germination and seedling growth of four herbaceous plants,as well as its effects on chlorophyll and malondialdehyde contents and antioxidant enzyme activity of the seedlings were studied. The results showed that the essential oil exhibited inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedling growth of the four herbaceous plants in a dose-dependent manner. The inhibitory effect was the strongest when the concentration of essential oil was at 1600 μg·mL-1,resulting in significantly reductions in the germination rate,germination index and root length of the four herbaceous plants (P<0.05). The seedling height of Trifolium pratense,Lolium perenne and Festuca arundinacea also decreased significantly (P<0.05);At the same essential oil concentration,the chlorophyll content of the four herbaceous plants showed a decreasing trend,but only the content in Lolium perenne seedlings decreased significantly (P<0.05). The effects on malondialdehyde content in the four herbaceous plants varied,with its content in Medicago sativa seedlings being significantly reduced(P<0.05),and that in Trifolium pratense,Lolium perenne and Festuca arundinacea seedlings being increased significantly(P<0.05);The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in all the seedlings decreased to varying degrees. Thus,the essential oil of Q.mongolica fallen leaves showed inhibitory effects on the seed germination and seedling growth of the four herbaceous plants.
