外源水杨酸对高温胁迫下多年生黑麦草种子萌发的影响

Effects of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on Seed Germination of Perennial Ryegrass under High Temperature Stress

摘要: 为缓解高温对种子萌发造成的影响,本试验以多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)品种‘绅士’(‘Esquire’)为供试品种,设置两个温度梯度(20℃和35℃),研究不同浓度外源水杨酸(0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,3.5 mmol·L-1)处理对多年生黑麦草种子在高温胁迫下的萌发情况及其幼苗的生长和生理变化的影响。结果表明,在35℃高温胁迫下,多年生黑麦草种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数较20℃显著降低,其幼苗的根长和芽长也在高温胁迫下受到显著抑制。外源添加水杨酸可显著提高高温下多年生黑麦草种子的发芽力,同时减轻高温胁迫对多年生黑麦草幼苗损害,减少幼苗丙二醛积累,提高抗氧化酶活性。在高温条件下,当水杨酸浓度为2.0 mmol·L-1时能显著提高多年生黑麦草种子发芽力及幼苗的耐热性,显著减缓了高温胁迫对多年生黑麦草种子的伤害,提高其在高温胁迫下的发芽能力。

Abstract: To alleviate the effect of high temperature on seed germination with exogenous salicylic acid, the perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) variety ‘Esquire’was used as the test variety. Two temperature gradients (20℃ and 35℃) were set up to study the germination of perennial ryegrass seeds treated with different concentrations of exogenous salicylic acid (0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 mmol·L-1) under high temperature stress and the growth and physiological changes of seedlings were monitored. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of perennial ryegrass seeds at 35℃ were significantly lower than those at 20℃, and the root length and shoot length of perennial ryegrass seedlings were also significantly inhibited under high temperature stress. Exogenous addition of salicylic acid significantly improved the germination ability of perennial ryegrass seeds under high temperature, reduced the damage of perennial ryegrass seedlings under high temperature stress and the accumulation of malondialdehyde in seedlings, and increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes. Under high temperature conditions, when the concentration of salicylic acid was 2.0 mmol·L-1, it could significantly improve the germination ability of perennial ryegrass seeds and the heat resistance of seedlings. It could significantly alleviate the damage of high temperature stress to perennial ryegrass seeds and improve their germination ability under high temperature stress.
