Accumulation of Biomass and Nutrient Material of Aohan Alfalfa in Kerqin Sand

Abstract: Alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.cv.Aohan)above-ground forage structure was divided into A,B and C three layers,it is concluded that the biomass of B layer was higher than those of A and C layer respectively,the biomass of B and C layers increased with alfalfa growth and development,but A layer biomass was stable.CP content diminished and NDF increased with alfalfa growth and development.CP content diminished from 27.55% of vegetative stage to 14.98% of seed pod stage,and NDF contents increased from 30.13% of vegetatie stage to 53.18% of seed pod stage.CP and NDF contents of stems、leaves、blooms and seed pod were different and CP and NDF contents forate of three layers were different.

摘要: 用分层法将苜蓿草层分成A、B、C三层。结果表明,生物量主要集中在B层,A层和C层较少。随着生长发育的进程,B层和C层生物量不断增加,A层生物量相对稳定。从营养期到结实期,B层生物量占总生物量的比例从48.15%增至64.48%,C层由9.88%增至21.06% ,A层则由40.74%降至14.16%。粗蛋白质(CP)含量随着生长的进程不断下降,而中性洗涤纤维(NDF) 含量则不断增加。CP含量从营养期的27.55%降至结实期的14.98%,NDF含量则由30.13%增至53.18%。枝条、叶、花、荚果CP和NDF含量各异,不同层枝条的CP、NDF含量差异较大。
