星星草地上部四种微量元素的季节动态

Abstract: The seasonal dynamics of content, population absorption quantity and absorption rate of Cu?Fe?Zn?Mn in the aboveground biomass of Puccinellia tenuiflora populations are studied. Four cultivated Puccinellia tenuiflora populations that had grown for 1 year, 2 years, 3 years and 6 years and wild population were sampled. The experimental results show that, the content of Cu and Mn decreased gradually within the growing period, so it’s called "diluted type". The content of Zn is "stable type" that didn’t change much during the whole growing perod and the content of Fe is gradually increased "enrich type". Among the different age populations, 1year Puccinellia tenuiflora had high content of microelements, but because of the low biomass, it also had low element absorption quantity. 2year and 3year Pucinellia tenuiflora showed exuberant growing with both high content of microelement and high population absorption quantity. However the 6year Puccinellia tenuiflora population seemed to decline in growing with low microelement content and low population absorption quantity. In order to get more microelement, the proper harvesting time for Puccinellia tenuiflora should be blooming stage.

摘要: 在种植1、2、3和6年的星星草及天然星星草种群,进行地上部Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn的含量、元素吸收量和吸收速率季节动态的研究。结果表明,人工和天然星星草种群微量元素的季节动态规律具有相似性。Cu和Mn含量在生育期间逐渐下降,为“稀释型”。Zn含量在生育期间变化不大,为“稳定型”。Fe含量呈逐渐增加的“富集型”。1年龄星星草的微量元素含量较高,营养价值好,但由于生物量的限制,种群吸收量低。2和3年龄星星草微量元素含量和吸收量较高,属于生长旺盛的年龄阶段。6年龄星星草微量元素含量和吸收量均较低,呈生长衰退趋势。根据星星草地上部微量元素的季节动态,收获时期应选在开花期。
