Abstract: The pollen morphology of several principal species of 6 families,8 genera of the vegetation of the Helan Mountain desert steppe are detected under a scanning electron microscope (SEM). revealing that the outlines, the shape, size, wrinkles, and the type and number of germinator of the pollens of all the species are different. Though the morphological features among the 10 species of the same families and genera are similar, their subtle differences are obvious.

摘要： 通过扫描电镜观察结果,描述了贺兰山荒漠草原植被6科、8属、10种主要植物的花粉形态特征。结果表明,在扫描电镜观察下,每种植物花粉的轮廓、形状、大小、表面纹饰、萌发器官类型及数量各不相同;同科或同属内种间总体形态特征相似,而细微特征存在明显差异。
