Repellent Effect of European Waterhemlock on Brandt's Voles

毒芹对布氏田鼠的驱避作用

Abstract: The poisonous characteristic study showed that European waterhemlock(Cicuta virosa) could excite Brandt's voles'(Lasiopodomys brandti)central nervous system,cause them to refuse food and lose weight,leading to their indigestion and liver damage.The repellent tests using waterhemlock also showed high repellent effect.Based on the no-choice tests,the repellent force of dose 50 percent and 15 percent European waterhemlock(Cicuta virosa L.) were 67.60 percent and 41.92 percent to Brandt's voles,respectively.In a choice test,the repellent force of dose 50 percent and 15 percent of Cicuta virosa L.were 68.83 percent and 41.56 percent to Brandt's voles,respectively.

摘要: 采用选择性与非选择性比较方法测试毒芹(Cicuta virosa)对布氏田鼠(Lasiop odomys brandti)的驱避效果。结果表明:毒芹对该鼠的作用表现为中枢神经系统兴奋、拒绝取食、体重下降,消化障碍、肝脏受损;驱避指数(K)87.511,高于85的临界值;非选择性试验表明,50%、15%的毒芹浓度对布氏田鼠的驱避力分别达到67.60%和41.92%;选择性试验中50%、15%的毒芹对布氏田鼠的驱避力分别为68.83%和41.56%,均显示出较强的驱避效果。
