Yield Dynamics of Selected Ochardgrass for Alpine Pastoral Areas in Northwest Sichuan Province

川西北高寒牧区鸭茅产草量年际动态研究

Abstract: Production performance trials of Baoxing,Chuandong,and Trerano varieties of Ochardgrass(Dactylis glomerata L.) in alpine pastoral areas of northwestern Sichuan were tested and observed for growth and production during 2003-2009 in field plots.Results show that the yield of Ochardgrass grown in this region is low for first-year sowing,followed by increased production capacity annually.Yields peak at third and fourth years,then decline.Seventh-year grass production declines to the second-year level.Results indicate that established Ochardgrass grassland can be sustainable for six to seven years after sowing.

摘要: 为了探讨鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata L.)在川西北高寒牧区的生产性能和利用年限,采用田间小区试验的方法,对宝兴鸭茅、川东鸭茅和特纳诺鸭茅3个鸭茅品种连续7年(2003-2009)进行产草量动态观测试验研究。结果表明:鸭茅在该地区种植,产草量成单峰曲线,播种当年草产量较低,次年可形成生产能力,第3,4年草产量达到高峰,之后开始下降,第7年下降至播种后第2年的水平,说明鸭茅在川西北建立人工草地时,播种一次,可连续利用6~7年。
