青贮饲料中真菌、真菌毒素及其检测方法的研究进展

Abstract:

Silage is an essential component in dairy diets. Forages used for ensilage are often contaminated when they are naturally in contact with yeasts and filamentous fungi. Mycotoxins in feed can appear their metabolic products of dairy products, which will eventually affect human health. This review described several analytical detecting methods of fungi and mycotoxins in silages, and factors affecting their occurrence as well as their concentrations and distribution at harvest and during ensiling. It is to clarify the hazards of fungi and mycotoxins in silage, and provide a useful reference not only to reduce animal and human health hazards, but also to reduce economic losses.

摘要:

青贮饲料是奶牛日粮中必不可少的组成部分,由于在自然条件下青贮原料接触到酵母菌以及丝状真菌,致使青贮饲料被污染,而牛乳中的真菌毒素代谢产物将最终影响人体健康。本文综述了在青贮收获和青贮过程中影响真菌及其毒素的产生、含量变化和分布的因素,同时对真菌和真菌毒素的分析检测手段进行了概述,旨在阐明青贮饲料中真菌及其毒素的危害,为如何减少其对动物和人类健康的危害,降低经济损失提供有益的参考。
