Abstract:

This experiment studied the effect of different additives on fermentation quality and nutritive value of ensiled sorghum-sudangrass hybrid. The results showed that adding lactic acid bacteria significantly reduced the pH value of silage, increased the content of lactic acid, decreased the ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen ratio, and improved the fermentation quality of sorghum-sudangrass hybrid silage; Adding cellulose enzyme reduced the content of NDF and the effect was more prominent as it was mixed addition with LAB, especially mixed with the Lactobacacillus plantarum; Moisture content had significant influence on the silage fermentation of the grass, but no significant effect on nutritive value.

摘要:

为探讨菌剂、酶剂或其复合剂对高丹草(Sorghum bicolor×Sorghum sudanense)青贮品质的影响,对新鲜或者萎蔫的高丹草分别添加相应的制剂,罐贮后取样分析其发酵品质与养分含量。结果表明:添加乳酸菌能显著降低高丹草青贮饲料的pH值(P<0.05),提高乳酸含量,减少氨态氮含量,改善高丹草青贮饲料的发酵品质;添加纤维素酶能显著降低高丹草青贮饲料的NDF含量(P<0.05),且与乳酸菌混合添加时效果更显著,其中又以植物乳杆菌LP的效果最好;含水量对高丹草青贮的发酵品质有显著影响(P<0.05),但对营养成分的影响不显著。
