不同添加剂对老芒麦青贮品质和有氧稳定性的影响

Abstract:

In this study, wildrye (Elymus sibiricns) was obtained as ensiling materials to discuss the effect of five additives (FAST-SILE; lactic acid bacteria 2; lactic acid bacteria 3; propinic acid; sodium formic) on the quality and aerobic stability of wildrye silages. Results showed that pH and the NH3-N/TN with additive treatment decreased significantly (P<0.05) and the content of lactic acid increased significantly (P<0.05); the effect of different additives on the nutrients of wildrye silages varied; the aerobic stability of silages with additive treatments was significantly better than the control (P<0.05). It concluded that all the additives in the studies can improve the quality and aerobic stability of wildrye silage.

摘要:

以老芒麦(Elymus sibiricns)为研究对象,探讨青宝Ⅱ号、乳酸菌制剂1、乳酸菌制剂2、丙酸和甲酸钠等5种添加剂对老芒麦青贮品质和好氧稳定性的影响。结果表明,添加剂处理降低了老芒麦青贮饲料pH值和NH3-N/TN(P<0.05),增加了乳酸含量(P<0.05);不同添加剂处理对老芒麦青贮饲料的营养成分影响不同,但均能够提高老芒麦青贮饲料有氧稳定性(P<0.05)。
