Abstract:

Gramineous forage and turf grass plants play important roles in supporting the sustainable agriculture developments, afforestation of city and environmental protection. Somatic hybridization, which has great potential in transferring the target characters controlled by multigenes or uncloned genes, is an important supplement to the sexual hybridization. In this paper, the technologies of protoplast culture and fusion of gramineous forage and turf grass were reviewed. It included selecting the materials for protoplast isolation, culture media, culture density and methods, fusion methods. Moreover, the prospects of the protoplast culture and fusion technologies of gramineous forage and turf grass plants were made.

摘要:

禾本科牧草与草坪草在可持续农业发展、城市绿化、生态保护等方面起着至关重要的作用。植物体细胞杂交是有性杂交的重要补充,在转移由多基因控制和尚未克隆目标基因控制的性状方面具有极大的潜力。本文综述了禾本科牧草及草坪草的原生质体培养与融合技术,包括原生质体分离材料的选择、培养基成分、培养密度及培养方式、融合的方法与方式。同时,对禾本科牧草及草坪草体原生质体培养与融合技术的应用前景作出展望。
