Effect of Different Salt Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Calamagrostis pseudophragmites

不同盐胁迫对假苇拂子茅种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

Abstract:

As a perennial rhizomatous grass, Calamagrostis pseudophragmites has a wide application prospect as feed, or in garden landscape and constructed wetland. In order to know its stress resistance, C. pseudophragmites seeds were treated by different salinity, and the effects of salt stress on germination and seedling growth were discussed. The results showed that alkaline salts of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 significantly decreased the germination rate of C. pseudophragmites seeds than that of NaCl. And the elongation growth of plumule and radicle was also significantly inhibited by alkaline salts.

摘要:

假苇拂子茅(Calamagrostis pseudophragmites)为禾本科多年生根茎禾草,在饲料、园林景观和人工湿地等领域具有重要应用前景。为了解该物种的抗逆性,采用不同的盐溶液进行胁迫处理,探讨不同盐胁迫处理对假苇拂子茅种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及根芽生长的影响。结果表明:相较于中性盐NaCl,碱性盐Na2CO3和NaHCO3胁迫显著降低了假苇拂子茅种子的发芽率,胚芽和胚根长伸长所受胁迫更强。
