Effect of Spraying ALA on Heat Rresistance of Medicago sativa

喷施ALA对紫花苜蓿耐热性的诱导效应

Abstract: In this study,the effects of spraying 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) at different concentrations on morphological indicators,relative conductivity,chloroplast pigment,malonydialdehyde (MDA) and peroxidase (POD) activity of Medicago sativa L. ‘Deqin’ under heat stress were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of ALA concentration,POD activity,MDA contents and growth rate of leaf number gradually decreased. The growth rate of branch number increased gradually,the growth rate of chloroplast pigment content and biomass increased first and then decreased,and the relative conductivity decreased first and then increased. It showed that spraying ALA solution with appropriate concentration is beneficial to improve the antioxidant enzyme activity of M. sativa,increase the ability of scavenging reactive oxygen species,and alleviate the peroxidation damage of plant cell membrane caused by high temperature. In addition,ALA solution with appropriate concentration can protect plant cytochrome and promote the accumulation of plant dry matter,plant growth and development. According to the comprehensive test results,ALA concentration of 30 mg·L-1 is beneficial for promoting the growth of M. sativa and reducing the relative conductivity,with a significant difference (P<0.05).

摘要: 本研究以高温胁迫下的‘德钦’紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.‘Deqin’)为材料,探讨喷施不同浓度的5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-aminolevulinic acid,ALA)对其形态指标、相对电导率、叶绿体色素、丙二醛(Malonydialdehyde,MDA)和过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)活性的影响。结果表明:随着喷施ALA浓度的升高,叶片中POD活性、MDA含量和叶片数增长率逐渐降低,分枝数增长率逐渐升高,叶绿体色素含量和生物量增长率先升高后降低,相对电导率先降低后升高,表明喷施适宜浓度的ALA溶液有利于提高紫花苜蓿抗氧化酶活性,增加清除活性氧的能力,进而缓解高温对植物细胞膜的过氧化损伤。此外,适宜浓度的ALA溶液还能保护植物细胞色素,促进植物干物质的积累和生长发育。综合试验结果得出,ALA浓度为30 mg·L-1时,有利于促进紫花苜蓿的生长,降低相对电导率,差异显著(P<0.05)。
