Effects of Mixture Sowing Ratio and Cutting Time on the Soil Bacterial Community in Annual Ryegrass and Common Vetch Mixture

混播比例和刈割茬次对多花黑麦草+箭筈豌豆混播草地土壤细菌群落的影响

Abstract: This study was aimed to determine the effects of grass/legume ratio and cutting time on soil bacterial community of grass-legume mixture grassland. Fifteen plots were sowed in September 2016,with five treatments (100% annual ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam.) (R1),75% annual ryegrass + 25% common vetch (Vicia sativa L.) (R2),50% annual ryegrass + 50% common vetch (R3),25% annual ryegrass + 75% common vetch (R4) and 100% common vetch (R5)). Samples of 0~20 cm soils from each plot in 2017 were collected after mixture forages harvested at H1(January 4),H2 (March 14),H3 (April 21) and H4 (May 19),respectively.Proteobacteria),Actinobacteria,Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Acidobacteria,Gemmatimonadetes,Nitrospirae,Planctomycetes and Verrucomicrobia were the main soil bacterial phyla in annual ryegrass and common vetch mixtures. Ratio of grass/legume had no effects on soil bacterial alpha diversity,Cutting time significantly affected soil bacteria OTU and Chao 1 index (P<0.05),changed the bacterial community structure. Thus,cutting time could induce changes in soil bacterial community and influence the uniformity of the bacterial community structure in annual ryegrass and common vetch mixture.

摘要: 为探讨混播比例和刈割茬次对一年生禾豆混播草地土壤细菌群落的影响,本研究设多花黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum Lamk.)100%(R1)、75%多花黑麦草+25%箭筈豌豆(Vicia sativa L.)(R2)、50%多花黑麦草+50%箭筈豌豆(R3)、25%多花黑麦草+75%箭筈豌豆(R4)与100%箭筈豌豆(R5)5个处理,分别于2017年1月4日(H1)、3月14日(H2)、4月21日(H3)和5月19日(H4)4个时期刈割,并采集0~20 cm土壤样本,分析土壤细菌群落组成。结果表明,变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、芽单胞菌门(Gemmatimonadetes)、硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospirae)、浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)和疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)是混播草地主要土壤细菌群落。禾豆混播比例对土壤alpha多样性无显著性影响,刈割茬次对土壤细菌操作分类单元(Operational Taxonomic Unit,OTU)和物种丰富度指标(Chao 1指数)影响效果显著(P<0.05),改变了细菌群落结构。刈割茬次引起土壤细菌群落变化,影响了多花黑麦草和箭筈豌豆混播草地土壤细菌群落结构的均匀性。
