播种技术对大颖草产量及农艺性状的影响

Abstract: Roegneria grandiglumis is a new important psammophytic grass and suitable for planting in sandy region. In order to explore the planting technologies in high altitude region,the correlation of rowing technologies with yield and agronomic characters of R. grandiglumis was studied through field plot experiment and yield analysis. The results showed that the number of grains per spike,weight of grains per spike and seed yield were much better under the sowing rate of 30 kg·hm-2 and the row spacing of 30 or 35 cm;The gay yield was the highest under the sowing rate of 30 or 40 kg·hm-2 and the row spacing of 20 to 40 cm. The RDA (Redundancy analysis) analyses for the correlation of gay yield with yield components of R. grandiglumis showed that the gay yield of R. grandiglumis had positive correlation with its weight of grains per spike,root length,panicle width,main panicle length,stem thickness and positive two-leaf width;The seed yield of R. grandiglumis also showed positive correlation with its number of grains per spike,weight of grains per spike,panicle width,positive two-leaf width,plant height and second internode length. These results showed R. grandiglumis showed better agronomic characters and gay yield under the sowing rate of 30 kg·hm-2 and the row spacing of 30 cm. These results provided a practical basis for scientifically planting R. grandiglumis at high altitudes of more than 3000 m in The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

摘要: 大颖草(Roegneria grandiglumis)是新培育的重要沙生草种,适宜于沙化地区的人工建植。为探索高海拔地区大颖草种植技术,本文通过小区试验和产量分析,研究播种技术与大颖草产量及农艺性状的相关性。试验结果表明:大颖草播种量为30 kg·hm-2,行距为30或35 cm时,单序籽粒数、单序籽粒重和种子产量明显较大;当播种量达到30或40 kg·hm-2,行距在20~40 cm时,干草产量均达到最佳值。对播量和行距进行产量与产量构成因素的冗余分析(redundancy analysis,RDA)后发现,大颖草干草产量与单序籽粒重、根长、穗宽、主穗长、茎粗及正二叶宽呈正相关性;大颖草的种子产量与单序籽粒重、单序籽粒数、穗宽、正二叶宽、株高及第二节间长呈正相关关系。综合分析认为,播种量为30 kg·hm-2,行距为30 cm时,大颖草各项农艺性状和干草产量均较好。本试验可为大颖草在青藏高原海拔3 000 m地区科学栽培提供理论依据。
