Effects of Bio-organic Fertilizers on Oat Production and Soil Fertility in Alpine Region of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

生物有机肥对青海高寒牧区燕麦产量和土壤肥力的影响

Abstract: To investigate the influence of bio-organic fertilizers on oat production and soil nutrient status,we conducted a 3-year field experiment(2015-2017)in an oat field based Huangzhong,Qinghai Province. Five treatments were employed,including three bio-organic Fertilizers and two control groups. The oat seed yield and the straw yield were measured at the maturity stage,and meanwhile the soil physicochemical properties were analyzed. The results showed that different fertilization methods had a great influence on the yield of oat. More precisely,the seed yield and straw yield of oats treated with 4 500 kg·hm-2 bio-organic fertilizer performed best,which respectively increased 0.45 times,0.37 times,0.42 times,0.39 times,0.22 times and 0.24 times,compared with the control groups. However,the effects of bio-organic fertilizer treatment were slighter than those of chemical fertilizer treatment. Also,through the analysis on the yield of seed content the bio-organic fertilizer increased the yield of oats mainly by increasing the number of spikelets per plant,grain weight per plant and 1000-grain weight of oats. The seed yield was positively correlated with the panicle agronomic traits. In addition,bio-logical fertilizer improved the soil total P,total K,available P and available K content,as a result of the increased soil fertility. Moreover,the soil organic matter content was increased and the soil pH level was decreased by the application of bio-organic fertilizer. The oat yield was effectively increased,which was similar to the conventional fertilization.

摘要: 为探究生物有机肥对高寒牧区燕麦(Avena sativa L.)产量及土壤肥力的影响,本研究开展了3年(2015-2017年)的田间试验,共设置5个不同的施肥处理(3个有机肥处理和2个对照处理),于成熟期测定了燕麦种子产量和秸秆产量,并分析了土壤的理化性质。试验结果表明:不同的施肥量对高寒牧区燕麦的产量影响较大,施用4 500 kg·hm-2生物有机肥的燕麦种子产量和秸秆产量最佳,较不施肥对照增加了0.45倍,0.37倍,0.42倍和0.39倍,0.22倍,0.24倍,但处理效果低于化肥处理,对种子产量构成要素分析表明生物有机肥主要是通过增加燕麦的小穗数、单株穗粒和单株穗重及千粒重来达到增产的效果,种子产量与穗部农艺性状呈极显著正相关。此外,生物有机肥能够有效改良土壤,增加土壤的全磷、全钾、速效磷和速效钾的含量,提高有机质含量,降低燕麦田土壤pH含量,有效提高燕麦产量,与常规施肥相差不大。
