红花绿绒蒿种子休眠及破除方法研究

Abstract: In order to explore the dormancy reasons and breaking methods of M. punicea,analysis of seed anatomical structure,seed activity,determination of water absorption rate,seed embryo rate and germination index before and after sand storage of M. punicea were carried out. The result showed that the embryo development of M. punicea was mostly in spherical or heart-shaped embryo stage,and was not mature. The seeds contained germination inhibitors,and the seed coat did not cause permeability obstacles to their germination. The seed dormancy type is morphological and physiological dormancy,and low temperature stratification is an effective method to break the seed dormancy of M. punicea.

摘要: 为探究红花绿绒蒿(Meconopsis punicea Maxim.)种子休眠的原因及破除方法,本研究对红花绿绒蒿种子进行了结构分析及生物活性测验,并测定了种子吸水率及沙藏前后种子的胚率及发芽指标。结果表明:红花绿绒蒿的胚发育时期多处于球形或心形胚时期,未发育成熟,种子内含有萌发抑制物质,种皮对其萌发不造成透性障碍,种子休眠类型为形态生理休眠。低温层积是破除红花绿绒蒿种子休眠的有效方法。
