基于文献计量分析的禾本科牧草染色体加倍研究进展

Abstract: As important forages for livestock,grass play an irreplaceable role in animal husbandry and grassland ecosystem. Chromosome doubling is one of the main technical measures for cultivating excellent forage varieties. At present,a large number of studies have been devoted to artificially induce chromosome doubling of grasses,with the aim of maximizing its yield,nutritional value,stress resistance and restoration of hybrid fertility and other traits. Therefore,based on China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) and Web of Science Core Collection Database (WOS),this article systematically analyzed the development trend of plant chromosome doubling,and the chemical method of artificially inducing grass chromosome doubling using colchicine as an inducer was combed in detail,and it also covered polyploid identification methods and practical applications,aiming to provide theoretical references for ploidy breeding of grasses.

摘要: 禾本科牧草作为家畜的重要饲草,在畜牧业和草原生态系统中有着不可替代的作用。染色体加倍是培育优良牧草品种的主要技术措施之一,目前已有大量研究致力于人工诱导禾本科牧草染色体加倍,目的在于最大限度地提高其产量、营养价值、抗逆性以及杂交种育性恢复等性状。因此,本文基于中国知网(China national knowledge internet,CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集数据库(WOS),对植物染色体加倍发展趋势进行系统分析,并对人工诱导禾本科牧草染色体加倍时以秋水仙素作为诱导剂这一化学方法进行了详细梳理,同时涵盖了多倍体的鉴定方法和实际应用,以期为禾本科牧草倍性育种工作提供理论参考。
