Effects of Sowing Date on Forage Yield and Quality of Seven Oat Varieties in Tianzhu Alpine Region

天祝高寒区播期对7个燕麦品种饲草产量及品质的影响

Abstract: To optimize the suitable varieties and the best sowing date of oat in the alpine region of Tianzhu,we compared the production performance and nutritional quality of seven oat varieties at four sowing dates (May 14,May 21,May 28,June 4,2020) were studied,and carried out comprehensive evaluation by using grey correlation degree and cluster analysis. The results showed that: The interaction of sowing date and variety had significant effect on yield and quality of oat (P <0.01); comparing the plant performace of different sowing dates,the hay yield of ‘Qinghai’ planted on May 28 reached the highest of 19 488 kg·hm-2,the highest crude protein content of ‘Qinghai 444’ planted on June 4 was 8.63%;With the delay of sowing date,the number of tillers and root biomass of oat gradually increased; based on the relative values of hay yield,crude protein content,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and soluble sugar content,the results showed that in Tianzhu alpine region,‘Monica’ planted on May 28 performed the best,followed by ‘Menglong’ planted on May 28 and June 4; through systematic clustering,it was divided into four categories,high yield and high protein,low yield and high protein,low yield and low protein,and high yield and low protein.

摘要: 为筛选出适宜天祝高寒地区种植的优良燕麦(Avena sativa)品种及最佳播期,本试验研究了4个播期(2020年5月14日、5月21日、5月28日、6月4日)7个燕麦品种的生产性能和营养品质,并运用灰色关联度和聚类分析进行了综合评价。结果表明:播期和品种互作对燕麦的产量和品质具有极显著影响(P<0.01);不同播期相比,5月28日种植的‘青海甜燕麦’干草产量最高,为19 488 kg·hm-2,6月4日种植的‘青海444’粗蛋白含量最高,为8.63%;随着供试播期推迟,燕麦分蘖数和根系生物量逐渐增大。利用干草产量、粗蛋白含量、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和可溶性糖含量的相对值进行灰色关联度综合评价,得出在天祝高寒地区,5月28日种植的‘莫妮卡’表现最好,其次是5月28日和6月4日种植的‘梦龙’;通过系统聚类将这28个处理分为高产高蛋白类,低产高蛋白类,低产低蛋白类,高产低蛋白类4大类。
