Study on Nematode Community Characteristics in Rhizosphere of Insect-Resistant Alfalfa Cultivar

不同抗虫性苜蓿根围土壤线虫群落研究

Abstract: In order to explore the characteristics of nematode community in rhizosphere soil of Alfalfa Varieties with different insect resistance,the nematode community characteristics of Medicago varia Martin. ‘Caoyuan No.2’ and Medicago sativa L. ‘Caoyuan No.4’ were studied with nematodes as biological indexes. The results showed that the species and number of nematodes in the rhizosphere soil of Medicago varia Martin. ‘Caoyuan No.2’ susceptible variety were significantly higher than that of Medicago sativa L. ‘Caoyuan No.4’ resistant variety. The enrichment index of soil nematodes in‘Caoyuan No.4’ was significantly higher than that in Medicago varia Martin. ‘Caoyuan No.2’;The soil nematode flora of Medicago sativa L. ‘Caoyuan No.4’ 0~10 cm soil layer was located in the area with good soil nutrients and mainly bacterial degradation,and the others were located in area D. In conclusion,planting alfalfa varieties with different insect resistance will have different effects on the composition,quantity and nutritional groups of soil nematodes around their roots. Medicago sativa L. ‘Caoyuan No.4’ with strong insect resistance should be preferred in the process of establishing artificial alfalfa grassland and soil restoration.

摘要: 为探索不同抗虫性苜蓿品种根围土壤线虫群落的特征,本试验以线虫为生物指标,对‘草原2号’杂花苜蓿(Medicago varia Martin. ‘Caoyuan No.2’)和‘草原4号’紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L. ‘Caoyuan No.4’)根围土壤线虫群落特征进行了研究。结果表明:‘草原2号’感虫苜蓿根围土壤线虫种类及数量显著高于‘草原4号’抗虫苜蓿;‘草原4号’土壤线虫富集指数(Enrichment index,EI)显著高于‘草原2号’;‘草原4号’0~10 cm土层的土壤线虫区系位于土壤养分好且以细菌降解为主的A区,其它位于D区。综上所述,种植抗虫性不同的苜蓿品种会对其根围土壤线虫群落组成、数量及营养类群产生不同的影响。在建立人工苜蓿草地及土壤恢复过程中应优先选择抗虫性强的苜蓿‘草原4号’。
