Abstract: Based on survey data of 274 herdsmen in Mongolian Autonomous County of Henan,Qinghai Province,we described herdsmen’s household resource endowments in five dimensions:human,social,economic,financial,and natural capital. A multivariate ordered logistic model was adopted to reveal the effect of household resource endowment on herdsmen’s willingness of intergenerational transmission of livestock farming. And we further analyzed the moderating effect of grassland subsidy policy on the intergenerational transmission willingness of herdsmen's livestock husbandry influenced by household resource endowment. The results show that 51.83% of the herdsmen are willing to carry out intergenerational transmission of livestock farming,i.e.,most herdsmen want their offspring to inherit the livestock business. The number of family livestock laborers,whether there are village cadres in the family,livestock income ratio and total pasture area all have significant positive effects on herdsmens willingness of intergenerational transmission of livestock farming. In contrast,participating in livestock farming skills training and total family loans reduce the willingness of herdsmen to transmit livestock farming to the next generation. The grassland subsidy policy,on the other hand,supplements or substitutes for household resource endowments through grassland subsidy funds,which in turn affects the willingness of herdsmen to pass on their resources between generations.

摘要： 本文利用青海省河南蒙古族自治县274份牧民调查数据，从人力、社会、经济、金融和自然资本5个维度刻画牧民的家庭资源禀赋，通过建立多元有序Logistic模型，揭示了家庭资源禀赋对牧民畜牧业代际传递意愿的影响，并进一步分析了草原补奖政策对家庭资源禀赋影响牧民畜牧业代际传递意愿的调节作用。结果表明：样本中有51.83%的牧民愿意进行畜牧业代际传递，即多数牧民希望后代继承畜牧业经营；家庭畜牧业劳动力数量、家里是否有村干部、畜牧经营收入比和草场面积对牧民代际传递意愿有均显著正向影响；而参加畜牧业养殖技能培训和家庭贷款总额则降低了牧民的代际传递意愿。草原补奖政策则通过草原补奖资金对家庭资源禀赋起到补充或者替代作用，进而影响了牧民代际传递意愿。
