Abstract: To study the effects of additives on silage fermentation quality of Chenopodium quinoa Willd. straw silage,taking three different quinoas (red quinoa,white quinoa,black quinoa) as experiment material,control (CK),lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus plantarum,0.05 g·kg-1,LAB),or cellulase (Trichoderma viride,0.5 g·kg-1,CEL) were set up,and the fermentation quality was analyzed after silage for 60 days. The results showed that:different additives,different varieties of quinoa straw,and their interaction had extremely significant effects on the crude protein,pH,lactic acid,and acetic acid content of silage (P<0.01);Additive treatment significantly increased the crude protein and lactic acid content of the feed (P<0.05),and significantly reduced the pH value (P<0.05);The crude protein,lactic acid and acetic acid contents of black quinoa were significantly higher than those of white and red quinoa (P<0.05). The pH and NH3-N/TN of white quinoa were significantly higher than those of black and red quinoa (P<0.05);The lactic acid bacteria-treated white quinoa and cellulase-treated black quinoa had higher relative feeding values,and the grade was 3. The grading index of straw forage was higher,and the grade was 4. Through the comprehensive analysis of the membership function method,the additives improved the silage quality of different straws,among them,the effect of red chenopodium treated by cellulase was the best. The results provided a theoretical basis for rational utilization of Chenopodium quinoa Willd resources.

摘要: 为研究添加剂对藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)秸秆青贮发酵品质的影响,本试验以白藜、红藜、黑藜为材料,设对照(CK)、乳酸菌(植物乳杆菌,0.02 g·kg-1,LAB)、纤维素酶(绿色木酶,0.5 g·kg-1,CEL)处理,60 d后分析发酵品质。结果表明:不同添加剂、不同品种的藜麦秸秆及二者的交互作用对青贮饲料的粗蛋白、pH值、乳酸、乙酸含量有极显著影响(P<0.01);添加剂处理可以显著提高饲料的粗蛋白、乳酸含量,显著降低pH值(P<0.05);黑藜的粗蛋白、乳酸、乙酸显著高于白藜和红藜,白藜的pH值、氨态氮/总氮显著高于黑藜和红藜(P<0.05);LAB处理的白藜及CEL处理的黑藜相对饲喂价值较高,等级为3级,LAB处理的黑藜及CEL处理的3种秸秆粗饲料分级指数较高,等级为4级。通过隶属函数法分析,添加剂可以提高秸秆的青贮品质,其中CEL处理的红藜效果最佳,此结果为藜麦资源的合理利用提供一定的理论依据。
