60Co-γ射线对青绿苔草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

Abstract: In order to investigate the influences of different 60Co-γ ray radiation doses on the seed germination and seedling growth of Carex leucochlora and select a suitable radiation dose,different 60Co-γ ray radiation doses of treatments (0(CK),75,100,150,250,450 and 650 Gy) were performed on seeds of C. leucochlora in this study and the 50% relative seedling rate was used as standrad to determine the semi-lethal dose. The results showed that the germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,seedling formation rate,seedling height and root length of seedings decreased gradually with the increase of irradiation dose. According to the relative seedling rate of seeds,the optimal radiation dose (semi-lethal dose) was about 138 Gy. The aim of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for germplasm innovation and new variety cultivation of C. leucochlora using 60Co-γ ray radiation mutagenesis technology in the future.

摘要: 为探究不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射对青绿苔草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,筛选青绿苔草种子适宜的辐射剂量,本研究以青绿苔草50%相对成苗率作为确定半致死量的标准,对青绿苔草种子进行60Co-γ射线辐射处理,辐射剂量分别为0(对照),75,100,150,250,450和650Gy。结果表明,随着辐照剂量的增加,青绿苔草种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、成苗率以及幼苗的苗高和根长均逐渐降低;根据种子的相对成苗率,初步确定青绿苔草种子的适宜辐射剂量(半致死剂量)约为138Gy。本研究以期为今后利用60Co-γ射线辐射诱变技术对青绿苔草进行种质创新和新品种培育提供理论依据。
