甲酸处理对苜蓿青贮品质及瘤胃降解率的影响

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effect of formic acid addition on the quality,number of microorganisms after aerobic exposure and rumen degradation characteristics of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) silage. Firstly,the fresh alfalfa was treaded with 0 (CK),4 (FA1),6 (FA2),and 8 mL·kg-1 (FA3) formic acid addition,respectively,then silaged under the room temperature for 60 days. Then,the group with the best treatment effect was selected by comparing the silage quality with the membership function method,and the number of microorganisms after aerobic exposure and rumen degradation rate were further determined. The results showed:compared to the CK group,the quality of alfalfa silage was improved significantly with the addition of different levels of formic acid,including the significant increments (P<0.05) of the dry matter (DM),crude protein (CP),water soluble carbohydrates (WSC) and lactic acid (LA) contents,along with a significant decreases (P<0.05) of the contents of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF),pH value,and ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen. Through the method of membership function,FA2 treatment got the highest total score by membership evaluation. The pH value,yeast and aerobic bacteria counts of the FA2 group after aerobic exposure for 0~6 days were significantly lower than those of the CK group (P<0.05). The effective degradation rates of DM,CP,NDF and ADF in the FA2 group were significantly higher than those of CK group in terms of rumen degradation characteristics (P<0.05). In conclusion,the addition of 6 mL·kg-1 formic acid had the best effect for alfalfa silage additive treatment.

摘要: 为研究添加剂甲酸对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)青贮品质、有氧暴露后微生物数量以及瘤胃降解特性的影响,分别在新鲜紫花苜蓿中添加0(CK),4(FA1),6(FA2),8 mL·kg-1(FA3)甲酸后,室温青贮60 d。通过隶属函数法比较青贮品质,筛选出青贮效果最佳的处理,测定其有氧暴露后微生物数量及瘤胃降解率。结果表明:与CK组相比,添加不同水平甲酸均能显著提高紫花苜蓿干物质(Dry matter,DM)、粗蛋白(Crude protein,CP)、可溶性碳水化合物及乳酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergent fiber,NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fiber,ADF)、pH值、氨态氮比总氮(P<0.05)。通过隶属函数法筛选出FA2处理总隶属度最高。FA2组在有氧暴露后第0~6天的pH值、酵母菌和好氧菌计数显著低于CK组(P<0.05)。瘤胃降解特性中,FA2组DM,CP,NDF及ADF有效降解率较CK组显著提高(P<0.05)。综上,添加6 mL·kg-1甲酸青贮效果最佳。
