毛乌素沙地西南缘柠条锦鸡儿叶解剖结构策略轴对年限的响应

Abstract: In this study,11 leaf anatomical traits such as leaf thickness and palisade thickness of Caragana korshinskii Kom.with different planting years (3,5,10,20,30,40,50,60 and 70 a) in the southwestern margin of the Maowusu Sandy Land were analyzed by principal component analysis and linear fitting. The aim is to reveal the drought resistance adaptation strategies of C. korshinskii. The results showed that the change of age was the main reason for the phenotypic changes of leaf anatomical traits. Leaf thickness and leaf epidermal thickness may be the core traits of growth adaptation of the species. The leaf anatomy of C. korshinskii mainly formed the strategic axis for resource acquisition and consumption and the strategic axis for protection transport and support. The axis affecting the resource acquisition and consumption strategy increased significantly with the planting age prolongation;while the axis affecting the protection and transportation strategy and support strategy decreased significantly with that age prolongation. In conclusion,the conservative strategy of "slow investment and return" was mainly changed to the acquisition strategy of "fast investment and return" along with the age gradients.

摘要: 本研究通过对毛乌素沙地西南缘不同种植年限(3,5,10,20,30,40,50,60和70 a)柠条锦鸡儿(Caragana korshinskii Kom.)的叶片厚度和栅栏厚度等11个叶解剖性状,利用主成分分析与线性拟合分析了其主要策略轴,旨在为揭示柠条的抗旱适应策略。结果表明年限梯度的变化是引起柠条锦鸡儿叶解剖性状表型变化的主要原因,叶片厚度和叶表皮厚度是柠条锦鸡儿生长适应的核心性状;柠条锦鸡儿的叶解剖结构主要形成资源获取和消耗策略轴及保护运输和支撑策略轴;资源获取和消耗策略轴作用随年限显著增强,保护运输和支撑策略轴作用随年限显著减弱。因此,在年限梯度上柠条主要采取"慢速投资-收益"的保守策略转为"快速投资-收益"的获取策略。
