Effects of Photoperiod and Light Quality on the Growth and Chlorophyll Fluorescence of Reaumuria Soongorica Seedlings

光周期和光质对红砂幼苗生长及光化学反应的影响

Abstract: In this paper,1-year-old seedlings of Reaumuria soongorica were studied. The five light qualities (red light,yellow light,blue light,green light and white light) and three photoperiodic gradients (12L/12D,14L/10D,16L/8D) were set for each light quality above with LED lamps to investigate the responses of growth characters and the photochemical reaction of leaves of R. soongorica seedlings to the different photoperiods and different light qualities. The Relative growth rate (RGR),biomass accumulation,photosynthetic pigment content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured to screen a suitable light quality along with a photoperiod for the growth of R. soongorica seedlings. The results showed that:(1) The RGR,stem and leaf biomass,chlorophyll content,ETR and ΦPSII of the seedlings were the highest under the long photoperiod of 16L/8D red light. (2) The carotenoid content and Fv/Fm ration of the seedlings were the highest under the long light period of 16L/8D white light. (3) Under 16L/8D yellow light,the root-shoot ratio and NPQ were the highest and inhibited the growth of R. soongorica seedlings. (4) According to all the indicators,the combination of the red light with the photoperiod of 16L/8D had a potential to promote the growth and photosynthesis of R. soongorica seedlings.

摘要: 本文以1年生红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)幼苗为研究对象,采用LED灯为光源,设置5个光质(红光、黄光、蓝光、绿光、白光),每个光质设置3个光周期梯度(12L/12D,14L/10D,16L/8D),探讨了不同光周期和不同光质对红砂幼苗生长和叶片光化学反应的响应特征。测定其相对生长速率(Relative growth rate,RGR)生物量积累、光合色素含量和叶绿素荧光参数,筛选适合红砂幼苗生长的光质光周期组合。结果表明:(1)长光周期16L/8D红光下红砂幼苗的RGR、茎、叶生物量、叶绿素含量、ETR和ΦSII均最高;(2)长光周期16L/8D白光下红砂幼苗的类胡萝卜素含量和Fv/Fm最高;(3)16L/8D黄光下根冠比和NPQ最高且对红砂幼苗生长呈抑制作用;(4)综合所有指标表现,光周期光质组合为16L/8D红光更具有促进红砂幼苗生长和光合作用的潜力。
