饲用藜麦在黄河三角洲盐碱地的适应性研究与评价

Abstract: In order to screen out Chenopodium quinoa Willd,which has good performance and nutritional quality and is suitable for planting in the saline-alkali land of the Yellow River Delta,in this study,the indicators related to the performance and nutritional quality of 10 quinoa lines were investigated and comprehensively evaluated using the grey relational degree analysis. The results showed that the plant height,fresh weight and dry weight of ID 1383 were the significantly highest among those of other lines (P<0.05),which were 2.45 m,7.52 kg·m-2and 2.28 kg·m-2,respectively. The fresh-dry ratio of ID 666 was the largest,which was 4.33. The ID 231 had the smallest stem-leaf ratio of 1.59. The ID 238 had the highest crude protein content (13.31%). ID 231 had the highest crude fat content of 2.07%. The absorption water content and relative feeding value of ID 093 were the highest,which were 7.99% and 145.82 respectively. The content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in ID 093 was the lowest,43.58% and 28.31%,respectively,and the content of crude ash in ID 1384 was the lowest,8.73%. Using grey correlation analysis,the lines with the best comprehensive performance were ID 093,1383 and 231,which were suitable for planting in the saline-alkali land of the Yellow River Delta.

摘要: 为了筛选出生产性能和营养品质比较优良,适宜在黄河三角洲盐碱地种植的饲用藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa)品系,本研究测定了10 个藜麦品系的生产性能和营养品质的相关指标,并运用灰色关联度分析法进行综合评价。结果表明:编号为1383的藜麦品系的株高、鲜重和干重显著高于其他品系(P<0.05),分别为2.45 m,7.52 kg·m-2,2.28 kg·m-2;编号为666的藜麦品系的鲜干比最大,为4.33;编号为231的藜麦品系的茎叶比最小,为1.59;编号为238的藜麦品系的粗蛋白含量最高,为13.31%;编号为231的藜麦品系的粗脂肪含量最高,为2.07%;编号为093的藜麦品系的吸附水含量、相对饲喂价值最高,分别为7.99%,145.82;编号为093的藜麦品系的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量最低,分别为43.58%,28.31%,编号为1384的藜麦品系的粗灰分含量最低,为8.73%。运用灰色关联度分析,综合表现最好的品系是编号为093,1383,231的藜麦品系,这3个品系适宜在当地种植。
