放牧对黑麦和蓝茎冰草牧草产量和品质的影响

Abstract: Grazing is an important management method of cultivated grassland in the world. Therefore,the effects of various grazing management methods on the yield and quality of annual and perennial herbage crops were studied by means of a integrated crop-livestock production system based on the rotation of annual cash crops and annual herbage crops and cultivated perennial grassland. The results showed that:The crude ash content and non-structural carbohydrate content of rye (Secale cereale L.) and the relative feeding value of bluestem (Bothriochloa bladhii (Retz) S.T. Blake) were significantly increased by grazing (P<0.05). The contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in rye and bluestem grass were decreased. Rest-grazing significantly increased the yield of rye(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the forage quality of rye. The results provide theoretical basis for determining the appropriate ratio of annual and perennial forage crops and grazing management in crop-livestock integrated production system.

摘要: 放牧是世界栽培草地重要的管理方式。为此,依托一年生经济作物与一年生牧草作物轮作和多年生栽培草地为基础的作物-肉牛综合生产系统,研究多种放牧管理方式对一年生和多年生牧草作物产量和品质的影响。结果表明:放牧显著提高黑麦(Secale cereale L.)的粗灰分含量、非结构性碳水化合物含量和蓝茎冰草(Bothriochloa bladhii (Retz) S.T. Blake)的相对饲喂价值(P<0.05),降低黑麦和蓝茎冰草中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量;休牧显著提高黑麦产草量(P<0.05),对黑麦的牧草品质影响不显著。本研究可为作物-家畜综合生产系统确定适宜的一年生牧草作物和多年生牧草作物比例及其放牧管理提供理论依据。
