施肥和镇压对免耕补播草地群落特征及多样性的影响

Abstract: No-till reseeding is one of the important measures for restoring degraded grassland, and whether the replanted grass species can grow and settle in the native vegetation community is the key to the success of no-till reseeding in degraded grassland. In order to clarify the effects of fertilization and compaction measures on the growth of no-tillage reseeding grasses, grass community characteristics and biodiversity, three no-tillage reseeding modes, five fertilizer combinations and two compaction treatments were set up in this study. The results showed that, compared with the control treatment, the nitrogen and phosphorus treatments had a significant effect on the characteristics of grass communities in the three replanting modes, in which the height of grass communities increased by 23.91%-43.43%, the cover increased by 7.07%-15.21%, and the density and biomass increased by 15.74%-51.94% and 17.57%-36.78%, respectively, but there was no significant effect on the diversity of grass communitie.Compared to the single-species supplemented grassland of alfalfa and awnless sparrow. The vegetation cover and density of the simultaneously supplemented grassland of alfalfa and awnless sparrow significantly increased by 3.01%-3.89%, 6.45%-15.90%, and the diversity indices of grassland, such as Simpson’s index of dominance, Shannon-Wiener’s index, and Pielou’s index of evenness, increased by 3.65%-9.70%, 5.02%-9.38% and 2.89%-8.97%. The average plant height, cover, density and biomass of the grass community compaction after no-till reseeding increased by 6.44%, 0.76%, 3.07% and 11.37%, respectively, compared with that of the no-suppression treatment. Considering all the factors, the measures of replanting alfalfa and awnless triticale in degraded grassland, adding nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients, and suppressing treatment can improve the productivity and restore the ecological function of the grassland.

摘要: 免耕补播是退化草地修复的重要措施之一,而补播草种能否在原生植被群落中生长和定居是退化草地免耕补播成败的关键。为明确施肥和镇压措施对免耕补播草种生长、草地群落特征和生物多样性的影响,本研究设置了3种免耕补播模式、5种施肥组合和2种镇压处理。结果表明:与对照处理相比,氮磷配施处理对3种补播模式草地群落特征具有显著影响,其中草地群落株高提高了23.91%~43.43%,盖度提高了7.07%~15.21%,密度及生物量分别提高了15.74%~51.94%和17.57%~36.78%;但对草地群落多样性无显著影响。与杂花苜蓿和无芒雀麦单一物种补播草地相比,同时补播杂花苜蓿和无芒雀麦草地植被的盖度和密度分别显著提高了3.01%~3.89%和6.45%~15.90%,草地Simpson优势度指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou均匀度指数等多样性指数分别显著提高了3.65%~9.70%,5.02%~9.38%和2.89%~8.97%;与不镇压处理相比,免耕补播后进行镇压的草地群落平均株高、盖度、密度及生物量分别提高了6.44%,0.76%,3.07%和11.37%;综合考虑,在退化草地中同时补播杂花苜蓿和无芒雀麦,并添加氮磷养分和进行镇压处理等措施能够提高草地生产力和恢复草地生态功能。
