植物乳杆菌与纤维素酶添加对桑枝叶发酵品质的影响

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effects of co-adding Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and cellulase on the fermentation quality of mulberry (Morus alba) leaf silage and to provide a basis for the feed utilization of mulberry leaf resources.The experiment comprised three treatments: the CK group (no additives), the SL group added with L. plantarum (5×105 CFU·g-1 FM), and the SLC group added with L. plantarum (5×105 CFU·g-1 FM) and cellulase (0.3% FM). Each group had six replicates. After 60 days of fermentation, we analyzed sensory indicators, nutritional components, fermentation quality, and the number of major microorganisms. The gas production characteristics were evaluated by an in vitro fermentation test. The results showed that compared with the CK group, the contents of dry matter, crude protein, water-soluble carbohydrates, lactic acid, acetic acid, and the number of lactic acid bacteria in the SLC group showed significant increases (P<0.05), while the contents of neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, pH value, the number of yeast, mold, and aerobic bacteria decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the CK group, the organic matter degradation rate, gas production, and gas production rate of the SLC group increased (P<0.05). It is evident that the co-addition of L. plantarum and cellulase can significantly improve the fermentation quality of mulberry leaf silage, reduce nutrient loss, and enhance the feeding value.

摘要: 本研究旨在探究联合添加植物乳杆菌(Lactiplantibacillus plantarum)与纤维素酶(cellulase)对桑枝叶(Morus alba)青贮发酵品质的改善效果,为桑枝叶资源饲料化利用提供依据。本研究设置3个处理组[CK(不添加菌剂)、SL(添加5×105 CFU·g-1 FM植物乳杆菌)和SLC(添加5×105 CFU·g-1 FM植物乳杆菌+0.3% FM纤维素酶)],每组6个重复。发酵60 d后检测感官指标、营养成分、发酵品质和主要微生物数量,同时进行体外发酵试验评定其产气特性。结果表明:相比于CK处理,SLC处理中干物质、粗蛋白、水溶性碳水化合物、乳酸、乙酸含量和乳酸菌数量显著增加(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量和pH值以及酵母菌、霉菌和好氧细菌数量显著降低(P<0.05);相比于CK处理,SLC处理的有机物降解率、产气量和产气速率显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,联合添加植物乳杆菌与纤维素酶能够显著改善桑枝叶青贮发酵品质,减少营养物质损耗,提高饲喂价值。
