副干酪乳杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌对不同品种杂交狼尾草青贮品质的影响

Abstract: This study was designed to systematically investigate the effects of different hybrid Pennisetum varieties and microbial additive treatments on the silage quality of hybrid Pennisetum. A total of six hybrid Pennisetum genotypes were employed, with each genotype assigned to a control group (CK), Lactobacillus paracasei (LP) group, Bacillus subtilis (BS) group, and Lactobacillus paracasei + Bacillus subtilis (LP+BS) group. The inoculation dosages for both L. paracasei and B. subtilis were standardized at 1×106 CFU·g-1 fresh weight (FW). Following a 30-day fermentation period, nutritional parameters and fermentation indices were quantified, with comprehensive evaluation conducted via Flieg scoring system and principal component analysis (PCA).Results demonstrated that probiotic amendments significantly enhanced crude protein (CP) content in‘PI_587000’and‘536321’genotypes, while markedly reducing neutral detergent fiber (NDF) content in ‘536321’and‘103’genotypes. Supplementation with LP and LP+BS notably decreased the ammonia nitrogen ∶ total nitrogen (NH3-N∶TN) ratio in‘Sunongke No.2’‘ 536321’‘102’and‘103’ (P<0.05), whereas all BS-treated groups exhibited significantly higher NH3-N∶TN ratios than LP+BS treatments (P<0.05). Genotypes‘102’and‘103’showed elevated lactic acid (LA) accumulation. Integrative analysis of Flieg scores and NH3-N∶TN ratios indicated that ‘late-maturing Pennisetum’displayed optimal fermentation performance, with LP+BS demonstrating the most pronounced improvement in forage silage quality. PCA yielded five principal components with a cumulative contribution rate of 86.558%, confirming‘late-maturing Pennisetum’as the top-performing genotypes and LP+BS as the most effective additive treatment. Conclusively,‘late-maturing Pennisetum’is preferable as silage substrate for hybrid Pennisetum, and the LP+BS consortium represents the optimal probiotic additive for enhancing silage quality.

摘要: 本试验旨在研究不同杂交狼尾草品种及添加剂处理对杂交狼尾草青贮品质的影响。试验共6种杂交狼尾草,每个品种设置对照组(CK)、副干酪乳杆菌组(LP)、枯草芽孢杆菌组(BS)及副干酪乳杆菌+枯草芽孢杆菌组合接种组(LP+BS),副干酪乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的添加量均为1×106 CFU·g-1 FW,发酵30 d后测定营养与发酵指标,并通过弗氏评分和主成分分析综合评价。结果显示:添加剂处理显著提高‘PI_587000’‘536321’两个品种的粗蛋白含量并显著降低‘536321’‘103’两个品种的中性洗涤纤维含量;LP和LP+BS能显著降低‘苏农科二号’‘536321’‘102’和‘103’的NH3?N∶TN(P<0.05),但所有品种BS处理的氨态氮∶全氮显著高于LP+BS处理(P<0.05);‘102’和‘103’两个品种的乳酸含量较高。弗氏评分结合氨态氮∶全氮分析显示,‘晚熟狼尾草’发酵效果最好;LP+BS作为青贮添加剂对饲草青贮改善效果最好。主成分分析提取5个主成分,累积贡献率达到86.558%。各品种综合得分最高的是‘晚熟狼尾草’品种,各添加剂处理综合得分最高的是LP+BS。综上,‘晚熟狼尾草’更适合作为杂交狼尾草青贮原料,添加剂LP+BS更适合作为杂交狼尾草的青贮添加剂。
