翻耕与养分添加对高寒草甸植物群落多样性及生物量的影响

Abstract: Plowing and fertilization are common management practices in alpine meadows, which directly influence plant productivity and species diversity. This study established experimental plots with plowing (Dis), nutrient addition (NPK), and their interactive treatment (DisNPK) at the Tianzhu Alpine Grassland Ecosystem Experimental Station of Gansu Agricultural University, with natural grassland as a control (CK). The objectives were to investigate the effects of plowing and nutrient addition on plant community structure and biomass in alpine meadows and to identify the key driving factors. By measuring soil physicochemical properties, plant biomass, and species diversity, we analyzed the relationships between soil physicochemical properties and vegetation biomass/species diversity. The results showed that all treatments significantly increased the contents of total and available soil nutrients compared to control. The NPK treatment significantly increased aboveground biomass, and the combined effect of plowing and fertilization (DisNPK) had the most significant enhancement on productivity (particularly for grasses and above-ground biomass). The Dis and DisNPK treatments significantly reduced community diversity. Correlation analysis revealed that soil available nutrients and organic matter were positively correlated with above-ground biomass but negatively correlated with diversity indices (P<0.05). This study demonstrates that plowing and nutrient addition can alter the community structure and productivity of the ecosystem, providing a theoretical basis for the ecological restoration of alpine meadows.

摘要: 翻耕和施肥是高寒草甸的常见管理措施,直接影响植物生产力和物种多样性。本研究在甘肃农业大学天祝高山草原生态系统试验站设置翻耕(Dis)、养分添加(NPK)及二者交互处理(DisNPK)的实验样地,以自然草地为对照(CK)。通过测定土壤理化性质、植物生物量及物种多样性,分析土壤理化性质与植被生物量及物种多样性之间的关系,探究翻耕与养分添加对高寒草甸植物群落结构及生物量的影响,并探明其关键驱动因子。结果表明:所有处理均显著提高了土壤全效和速效养分含量;NPK 处理显著提高了地上生物量,当翻耕与施肥结合(DisNPK)时,对生产力(特别是禾本科与总生物量)的提升效果最显著;Dis和DisNPK处理显著降低了群落多样性。相关性分析显示,土壤速效养分和有机质与地上生物量正相关,而与多样性指数负相关(P<0.05)。本研究表明翻耕及养分添加会影响生态系统的群落结构和生产力,为高寒草甸生态修复提供理论依据。
