松嫩平原不同生境肥披碱草无性系生长繁殖特征的比较

Abstract: This study aimed to elucidate the effects of heterogeneous habitats on the reproductive strategies of clonal plants. By using the clonal bunchgrass Elymus excelsus in the Songnen Plain as the research objects, three habitats, roadside (H1), riverside (H2) and meadow (H3) were established. The number of ramets, biomass, and reproductive traits were measured at the maturity stage and the post-fruiting stage. The results showed that, at the maturity stage, the number of reproductive ramets in H3, the height of reproductive ramets in H2 and H3, as well as inflorescence biomass and reproductive allocation II across all habitats, were significantly higher than those at the post-fruiting stage (P<0.05). Significant differences in numerical and biomass traits were observed among different habitats. Overall, plants in H1 exhibited the best performance in reproductive and vegetative ramet number and biomass. In contrast, plants in H2 and H3 showed divergent patterns in growth and reproduction, with most reproductive traits in roadside habitats exceeding those in meadow habitats despite smaller tuft size. With the increasing of tuft size, the number and biomass of vegetative ramets, reproductive ramets and total ramets exhibited significant linear relationships across habitats and growth stages (P<0.05). The results indicate that E. excelsus adapts to heterogeneous habitats by flexibly adjusting its numerical traits and biomass allocation.

摘要: 本研究旨在阐明异质生境对丛生禾草繁殖策略的影响。以松嫩平原丛生型禾草肥披碱草(Elymus excelsus)为对象,开展路边(H1)、河边(H2)和草甸(H3)3种生境肥披碱草完熟期和果后营养期分株数量、生物量及繁殖特征的研究。结果表明,完熟期H3生境生殖株数量、H2和H3生境生殖株株高,以及各生境花序生物量和RAII均显著高于果后营养期(P<0.05)。不同生境间数量与生物量特征差异显著,H1中生殖株、营养株及分株数量和生物量整体表现最优;H2与H3呈差异化响应,H1多数繁殖指标高于H3,但丛径较小。随丛径增加,各生境及生育期内营养株、生殖株及总分蘖株数量与生物量均与丛径呈显著线性关系(P<0.05)。肥披碱草通过调节数量与生物量分配实现对异质生境的适应。
