The Genetic Variation in Rambler Alfalfa

润布勒苜蓿遗传变异研究

Abstract: Canadian Rambler alfalfa cultivar was introduced from Saskatchewan of Canada to Grass-land Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1972.After improved and devel-oped for several years, it was registered by the Chinese Herbage Cultivar Registraion Board as a new cul-tivar in 1987.Through field trial and laboratory analysis, we found that genetic variation between two culti-vars by use of total 45 plants for each cultivar to evaluate the morphological, physiological and biochemicalcharacters including allelic frequency of 8 allele in 3 polymorphic loci, 5 growth characters, 5 leafcharaters, reproduction characters and fall-dormancy.The genetic distance is 0.038 between two culti-vars through the using of PCA(principal components analysis).The gene differentation coefficient(GDC)was 0.021 of Chinese Rambler alfalfa should be a new maerial germplasm in alfalfa pool of China.

摘要: 加拿大润布勒首猪于1972年自加拿大萨斯喀切省引进中国农业科学院草原研究所,经过试种栽培后,于1987年经全国牧草品种审定委员会审定通过登记为国外引进前精品种,后简称中国润布勒苜蓿。本研究探讨了加拿大润布勒首清引进中国后15年间的遗传变异。以加拿大润布勒苜蓿原种和在中国繁殖的润布勒苗辖两份材料各45株,用以测定形态特征。生理和生化特征,其中包括等位基因酶FEST(荧光脂酶)、LAP(亮氨酸氨基肽酶)、PER(过氧化物酶)三个多态位点九个等位基因频率、五个生长特性、五个叶片特性、两个繁殖器官特征、两个生理特性。等位基因频率用以统计基因型分布频率和基因变异。用PCA排序法分析总遗传变量。结果表明,加拿大和中国润布勒首辖之间的遗传距离为0.038,两个种群间的基因分化系数为0.021,后者首信遗传杂交度高于前者。加拿大润布勒首精引进中国后已经成为中国首措有价值的遗传资源。
