加拿大披碱草×披碱草杂种F1的生育及细胞遗传学研究

Abstract: The growth,morphology,pollen fertility,seed set and cytology of Elymus canadensis×E.dahuricus hybrid F1 were studied.The results showed that the growth potentiality of hybrid F1 was more than its parents,average height was 149.31cm,ear type was in the middle of parents,plant type tended to maternal,growth period tended to paternal,pollen sterility rate was 1.71%,seed set was 0;hybrid F1 is pentaploid(2n=5x=35),average chromosome pairing configurations at metaphase Ⅰ in pollen mother cells is 19.04Ⅰ+7.45Ⅱ+0.28Ⅲ+0.02Ⅳ,and has lagging chromosome and bridge fragment at anaphaseⅠ.

摘要: 研究加拿大披碱草与披碱草种间杂种F1的生长、形态、花粉育性和细胞学。结果表明,杂种F1生长势明显超过双亲,平均株高149.31cm,穗型呈双亲中间型,株型偏向母本,生育期偏向父本,花粉可育率1.71%,自然结实率0。杂种F1为五倍体(2n=5x=35),其PMCM平均染色体构型为19.014+7.45+0.28+0.02,后期有落后染色体和染色体桥等不规则现象。
