Abstract: Our half-century effort to control desertification has resulted in some achievements in partial areas but deterioration in the whole, and controlling of desert lagging far behind worsening desertification. The present paper analyzes the dilemmatic measures of returning reclaimed farmland to afforested area, or to grassland, or shrubland, and puts forth three suggestions to elude the dilemma, as well as measures to dovetail production development and ecosystem restoration at source, so as to achieve win-win of increased production and environment protection.

摘要： 近半个世纪沙漠化防治的结果是局部改善,整体恶化和治理赶不上破坏,本文分析提出了林草(灌)等四个误区和走出误区的三条建议,以及将发展生产与修复生态在源头上结合可收到生态生产共建双赢之效的观点。
