Effect of Spraying Trace Element Fertilizers at Different Levels on Alfalfa Quality in Arid and Semiarid Areas of Northwestern China

喷施微肥对西北干旱半干旱区紫花苜蓿品质的影响

Abstract: The effect of trace element(B,Mo,Zn,Fe) fertilizers on alfalfa quality was studied by leaf surface spraying the trace element fertilizers at different levels in the arid and semiarid areas of the northwestern China.The results show that B fertilizer significantly increased the crude protein content by 8.44%,reduced the content of crude fiber by 10.8% at the concentration of 0.25%.Mo fertilizer at the concentration of 0.06% significantly increased the content of crude protein by 13.07%,reduced the content of crude fiber by 32%,and remarkably increased the total phosphor by 28.5%.Zn fertilizer at the concentration of 0.2% markedly increased the content of crude protein,total nitrogen,total phosphor,total potassium by11.9%,8.5%,7.1%,and 49.4%,respectively.Fe fertilizer at the concentration of 0.6% increased the contents of crude protein,total phosphor,total potassium,and crude ash by 7.2%,10.7%,21.1%, and 7.6%.In summary,spraying of B,Mo,Zn and Fe in regreening and branching stages could effectively improve the quality of alfalfa and the best concentrations of B,Mo,Zn and Fe were 0.25%,0.06%,0.2% and 0.6%,respectively.

摘要: 通过单独喷施不同浓度的微肥,研究了硼、钼、锌、铁对西北干旱半干旱地区多年生豆科牧草紫花苜蓿品质的影响。结果表明:苜蓿植株叶面喷用质量分数为0.25%的硼砂,粗蛋白含量提高了8.44%,粗纤维含量降低了10.8%;喷用质量分数为0.06%的钼酸铵,粗蛋白含量提高了13.07%,粗纤维降低了32%,与对照差异极显著,全磷含量提高了28.5%,与对照差异显著;喷用质量分数为0.2%的硫酸锌,粗蛋白、全氮、全磷、全钾含量分别提高11.9%、8.5%、7.1%和49.4%,均显著地高于对照;喷用质量分数为0.6%的硫酸亚铁,粗蛋白含量提高了7.2%,全磷、全钾、粗灰分分别提高10.7%、21.1%和7.6%。在苜蓿返青和分枝初期单独喷施硼、钼、锌、铁肥能有效提高紫花苜蓿牧草品质。
